After getting two recommendations from my contractor for a kitchen designer, I decided to meet both of them and go from there. From the moment Carol Landry, of Cabinet Gallery, walked into our house I knew she was the right person for the project. Not only did her knowledge and professionalism attract me, but her warm and genuine personality sealed the deal. Throughout the process of figuring out our design, Carol was very cognizant of making sure she was incorporating both mine and my husband’s ideas and visions into the plan. Her patience was certainly an added bonus, and very much appreciated, as my husband and I differed on several design elements. It was evident throughout the process that Carol’s main focus was to make certain we were happy with each decision we made. We never felt pressured to hurry up and make a decision, or to make a final choice we were not 100% sure about. After many meetings to nail down the design, installation began. Installation included not only new cabinets, but we also took the wall down between the kitchen and the dining room. With Carol's assistance, we designed an archway to make a distinction between the two rooms. We went a step further and added beautiful cabinetry for storage and display on the dining room side. Our installers, Sal and Mike, couldn’t have been more professional and courteous. They were extremely patient and understanding, especially when I decided to make a major change in the twelfth hour! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none. Like Carol, their main focus was to make sure we were happy with the final outcome, which we definitely were! On any job, big or small, communication is essential. Cabinet Gallery, gets high marks here too. Kudos to Donna who kept us in the loop each step of the way regarding scheduling. We always knew who was coming when and never had to worry about a surprise knock on the door. Never having done a large remodel we definitely wanted someone guiding us, not pushing us. Cabinet Gallery did just that. Carol’s passion and love for her job was apparent each time we met with her, making the process from start to finish enjoyable and seamless as we watched our vision come to life. We highly recommend Cabinet Gallery if you are considering an upgrade or remodel to your kitchen or bath.
